Who can use Your Bus?
Your Bus is open to residents across Cheshire West and Chester who find it difficult to use conventional public transport, for any reason. We have set out some guidance below, but if you are not sure whether you qualify, please just give us a call. We would much rather have a conversation than have you miss out on a service that could really help you. You are automatically eligible if you fit any of the below criterias:
Aged 80 or over
No further criteria required, if you're 80+ you're eligible
You are supported through benefits
If you receive any type of benefits from the government, you are eligible
Mobility issues make it difficult to travel
A clinical or functional reason that makes conventional public transport difficult or impossible to use
Can't access public transport when needed
This could mean anything from having no bus stop nearby, to services not running at the right times, to needing too many changes to get where you need to go.
Membership is always free
Joining Your Bus costs nothing. You can sign up online, over the phone, or by complete a form when you use the service for the first time. It takes just a couple of minutes.

You can book the day before
You can call or WhatsApp us. Journeys must be booked by 3pm two days before you travel

Or you can hop on at a stop
We'll pick you up on the day at your closest stop
